Asterion considers partial exit from Retelit via data centre sale
Retelit is exploring a potential sale of its data centre business that could value the unit at up to €700m, according to sources cited by Bloomberg.
The Italian fibre operator, owned by Asterion Industrial Partners, is in the early stages of deliberations and could bring the asset to market by early next year. No final decision has been made.
