ADIA and Mubadala back EQT's £10.9bn take-private of Intertek
Two of Abu Dhabi's largest sovereign investors, the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) and Mubadala, are co-investing alongside EQT in its take-private of FTSE 100 testing group Intertek.
The pair are committing a combined £1.5bn, according to a report by Bloomberg, with ADIA contributing roughly £1bn and Mubadala around £0.5bn.
